This four-story, wood-frame structure features a thoughtfully designed exterior that combines exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), stonework, and cement board for a modern and inviting look.
Guests will enjoy various modern amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, and multi-purpose lobby areas designed for comfort and functionality. Additional facilities include a fitness center, on-site laundry, and an outdoor pool, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.
The project scope also encompasses essential site developments, such as slab-on-grade construction, a parking lot, an outdoor fire pit, and beautifully landscaped areas.
