Project Summary

The Coral Ridge Mall redevelopment project consisted of three phases:

Phase 1: Demolish the existing 100,000 GSF anchor store, prepare all site utilities and building pad for new 108,000 GSF retail space, and redevelop the existing parking lot and surrounding infrastructure.

The entire Phase 1 was successfully completed in less than three months while keeping the shopping center occupied and operational during construction

Phase 2: Build a new Cold-Dark shell building/anchor for future retail. This structure is one-story steel with CFMF and EFIS/brick façade, and TPO roof. Construction of the new shell was completed in less than eight months.

Phase 3: Tenant Build-out/Fit-out of interior space for retailers.
