This new construction project delivered an 80,000 square-foot self-storage facility to serve the Fairfield Township, Ohio community. The development consists of four single-story buildings offering a total of 835 leasable storage units. The facility provides a mix of storage options, including two climate-controlled buildings and two non-climate-controlled buildings, in addition to dedicated outside storage for vehicles, trailers, and boats. This comprehensive mix of offerings meets various residential and commercial storage needs in the area.
