This complex project involved preparing a pad-ready site and performing extensive civil work for a new 150,000 square-foot anchor store within an operating retail mall. The scope began with the crucial demolition of an existing retail location integral to the mall’s function. The work then required extending all site utilities and constructing site concrete and pavement. Path successfully delivered a certified building pad one week ahead of schedule, despite weather challenges, complete with new landscaping and irrigation systems. This foundation enabled the anchor tenant to proceed with vertical construction on an expedited schedule.
