Project Summary

This hospital renovation project required meticulous planning and coordination to execute work in a fully operational hospital setting, prioritizing minimal disruption to patient care and daily operations. The scope began with comprehensive demolition, and the immediate installation of temporary enclosures to safely segregate construction areas, coupled with a temporary ventilation system to maintain air quality. As the project progressed, the focus shifted to modernizing the interior finishes, including drywall installation, replacement of doors, frames, and hardware to meet safety standards, and the installation of acoustical ceilings to improve the ambient environment. Extensive carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler work was performed to modernize the hospital’s core infrastructure and ensure compliance with current codes. Throughout the process, clear communication and collaboration with hospital staff and management were maintained to ensure the seamless integration of all new systems.
