The scope of work for this demolition and reconstruction project included, but was not limited to:

• New concrete floor slab, new under slab utilities;
• New metal siding, windows, and doors;
• Masonry partitions, drywall partitions, and ceilings;
• Ceramic tile and carpet;
• New HVAC systems and new electrical service;
• New interior and exterior lighting; and,
• All related finish work.
