This project was an entire remodel and modernization of a historic building and was conducted in six phases. Key accessibility features, such as an elevator, and exterior improvements were included in the scope.

The building was occupied during the renovations, and extreme measures were taken to confine construction operations to areas of construction and renovation, so as to not disturb normal business operations for the staff and the public.
