Plaza del Lago consisted of a remodel of 18 apartments (10,500 SF) on the second floor. The existing building had galvanized water lines, undersized electric service, hot water heat system, soft copper gas lines and other various code violations. RPAI relied heavily on Path to create a plan to upgrade services while updating the 18 apartment units. New copper lines were run throughout the building feeding apartments as well as commercial retail spaces below, hot water heating and failed boilers were replaced with new split systems for each apartment. The restrooms within each apartment had a 6” step up, these were all lowered to be on the same floor level as the apartment. New kitchen cabinets, appliances, and bathroom fixtures were also installed as well as updating the finishes within each apartment.
