Path Construction completed the renovation of the 6,400 SF IN2 Innovation Center, a facility dedicated to STEM and innovation, including entrepreneurship education, teaching and learning, the maker movement, and promoting diversity. The project involved a full gut renovation, including relocation and updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. New finishes were installed throughout, highlighted by a two-story curtain wall that floods the space with natural light.

Working within an active academic environment required coordinating trades and phasing construction to minimize disruption to ongoing programs. The project delivered a modern, functional, and visually inspiring space that supports STEM education and collaborative innovation.
