The project involved a comprehensive renovation to enhance the facility’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. Key improvements included overhauling lecture halls and offices and updating their design and utility. Outdated windows were replaced to boost energy efficiency and visual appeal, and the HVAC system was upgraded to ensure a more comfortable and reliable indoor environment. Accessibility was significantly improved by constructing a new concrete, masonry stairwell and ADA-compliant ramp at the southeast entrance. Additionally, meticulous tuck-pointing was performed on the southeast elevation to restore and preserve the building’s masonry. These strategic upgrades were designed to optimize the building’s performance, accessibility, and overall visual impact.
