The renovation project involved a comprehensive upgrade of seven academy residence halls, focusing on structural and aesthetic improvements. The renovation’s key elements included removing and replacing outdated PTAC units to enhance climate control and energy efficiency. The project also addressed the building’s exterior, with new vinyl siding, windows, and doors installed to improve insulation, security, and curb appeal. Additional upgrades included the replacement of aluminum fascia, gutters, and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and a polished, modern appearance.
