PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This multiple retail 30,000 square foot building located in the heart of Lincoln Park, featured a demolition and ground up build, which is being customized to meet each leading brands specific in-store requirements.
 
In addition to laying the foundation and building the structure, special attention was made in working with city zoning regulations which included maintaining the existing signage on top of the building.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This mall redevelopment project consists of three phases:

Phase 1: Demolish the existing 100,000 GSF anchor store, prepare all site utilities and building pad for new 108,000 GSF retail space, and redevelop the existing parking lot and surrounding infrastructure.
The entire Phase 1 was successfully completed in less than three months while keeping the shopping center occupied and operational during construction.
 
Phase 2: Build a new Cold-Dark shell building/anchor for future retail. This structure is one-story steel with CFMF and EFIS/brick façade, and TPO roof. Construction of the new shell was completed in less than eight months.
 
Phase 3: Tenant Build-out/Fit-out of interior space for retailers.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This mall redevelopment project consists of:

Demolition of the existing 150,000 GSF anchor store, preparation of all site utilities and building pad for new 150,000 GSF retail space for Dicks Sporting Goods and Field and Stream. Scope included redevelopment of the existing parking lot and surrounding infrastructure.
 
The project was completed one month early while keeping the shopping center occupied and operational during construction.
