Oak Brook Hills is coming soon and Path is excited to be working on this project! The project involves the construction of a new 280,000 SF mixed use — residential/retail building, a 400,000 SF parking garage, a new hotel ball-room addition, and site improvements. Additional features of the residential/retail building include a fitness center, business center, meeting rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.

PROJECT SCOPE

Village Center is a residential development that is comprised of a Fourteen-story building that contains a total of 200 units. Original construction of the development dates to 1983. The apartment community is comprised of one, 14-story Tower building and ten, two-story town-home buildings.

In working with Jonathan Rose Companies, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and the Enterprise Green Community, Path is rehabbing the existing building to include upgrades throughout the building units, common areas, and surrounding site. The renovation scope of work includes Demolition, Carpentry, Roofing, Windows, Elevator Lifts, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.

Path will also be constructing a new 3,000 SF Community Building on the site.
